Returns & Cancellations


Taffy Pet is able to accept returns on the following conditions:

         - we have been contacted within 7 days (as recorded by the courier company) of receiving the order.

         - if there is a manufacturing defect, we expect to be contacted within 3 days (as recorded by the courier company) of receiving                       the order, along with a picture of the damaged item.

         - if goods are in their original packaging and the swing tag was not removed.

         - if product is unused/ unworn/ unwashed and in the same condition as when it was received.

         - the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the item (unless there is a manufacturing defect).                       Remember that the original shipping cost cannot be refunded, as stated above.

         - in the case of an exchange, buyer is responsible for above-mentioned costs and the new delivery cost.

         - the buyer is responsible for all goods being returned until it is safely in our hands. Taffy Pet does not accept responsibility for                     goods lost in transit. We advise use a traceable service for this reason.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, we expect to be contacted within 3 days (as recorded by the courier company) of receiving the order, as stated above.

We undertake to replace the item.

We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return and delivery of the replacement item. 

If the item cannot be replaced, e.g. in the event that the exact same product is sold out, only then will we offer you a refund on the product or the option to choose another product of equal value.

In the event of damaged goods, the onus is on the buyer to prove that the goods were damaged before receipt. All products are inspected before being dispatched. Returns made due to reasons such as "the dog chewed the product" will not be accepted. Please refer to our disclaimer.

Sale and clearance items/ incorrectly sized items, unfortunately, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure that you measure your pet before purchasing our products!

Please email us on should you wish to return an item, along with a picture of the problem and/ or reason for wanting to return the product. We will review your request and notify you if the return will be accepted or rejected.


We reserve our right to cancel an order at any time, at our discretion. Should your order be cancelled, you will be notified via email and the refund process will be initiated.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense, damage ( either directly or indirectly) or for any loss of time/ inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order or change any details on the order.
